1 fish trap base for scrap build-up, farm animals while out getting the minimal resources you'll need to build your bunkers. Takes less time to get the resources and less time to build all that vs building some big base in steps. And plenty enough progression to get main t3 bps on day 1 or 2.... Time is allocated, the CM reads and reports internally weekly; there is no guarantee of a reply unless more information is required. That does not mean reports are not read by the CM and actioned where appropriate. No reply does not mean it's ignored.
