Am I banned?

• If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
• Ban reasons displayed in-game might not match what you were banned for.
• Your ban may be entirely unrelated to any warnings you have received.
• Your ban may not be for something you did recently.
• If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11 (outside of the anti-cheat).
• There are no false bans.

What should I do now?

2 things that annoy me about this game and im sure I ain't the only one..

1. When you decide to hit roads for a bit of peaceful (ish) farming you run to a trash pile and see that there's no containers just barrels?! Why don't anyone clear the whole trash pile.. it makes them respawn faster and gives more people a chance to get some easy comps and tools.

2. Fully kitted guys (full metal or close too) killing random nakeds or prim kit (no weapons just prim tools and clothing) when they're running around with Tommy's - AKs.. some nakeds are just trying to get a start or just bored of sitting in base so respawn random to do a small amount of farming just because of boredom.. what do they actually gain from killing naked apart from maybe a few basic comps a tiny amount of scrap or a small amount of farm that they can get within 2 mins..

I can't be the only one who gets annoyed with this

Boxes and tool boxes have much better tools in the loot pool. Just run the road until you have one of those, then start hitting barrels.

It’s so good I’ve replayed it 4 times just to do all the challenges. The game is well balanced between graces re7-8 style gameplay to Leon’s re4 action packed gameplay and I think in all honesty it blends nicely
