Am I banned?

• If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
• Ban reasons displayed in-game might not match what you were banned for.
• Your ban may be entirely unrelated to any warnings you have received.
• Your ban may not be for something you did recently.
• If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11 (outside of the anti-cheat).
• There are no false bans.

What should I do now?

• Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.

It does. Just because the tag shows "blueprint wipe" doesnt mean it will happen. All monthly servers get bp wiped at the same time which is always undetermined when unless stated in #❓wen-wipe . Weekly servers get bp wiped every month

Well, it looks like I’m going to have to be done with playing this game for the day.

This game went from random kicks, which is not a hard thing to get used to, to being nearly unplayable because the ping is atrocious. I can’t play this game when the ping is over 100. What the hell is going on?

I would love to seriously know what the heck is going on with this game? I didn’t have a single problem yesterday. Maybe got kicked once but it didn’t screw up after that. Now it seems like the game has a stick up it ass.

I apologize to the devs for attacking the game like I am. But it’s frustrating when the game was playing well earlier in the day and then all of a sudden I get kicked from the game at least six times in a row and then the ping goes from 60 to 115 and nearly unplayable.
