Why am I banned?

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.

Semi-Fix

1. Click Start on the Rust main menu. It might prompt you to buy PS again, ignore that and keep spamming START until it lets you past the initial start menu.

2. Click Play Rust, as stated above it might prompt you to by PS Plus, keep spamming Play Rust until you get past this screen.

3. Select your server tab: official, community, favorited, etc. then click on your server, luckily by this step if it prompts you to buy PS Plus it won’t kick you to the Main Menu.

(I have tested it myself various times and it works, I have also noticed that sometimes it lets your load in and then minutes later kicks you out).

Game Ban FAQ

Am I banned?

• If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
• Ban reasons displayed in-game might not match what you were banned for.
• Your ban may be entirely unrelated to any warnings you have received.
• Your ban may not be for something you did recently.
• If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11 (outside of the anti-cheat).
• There are no false bans.

What should I do now?
