The simple truth is this, D11 have rules in place, if you engage with this game in a manner that breaks those rules, there are consequences for that, basically, follow the rules and you will not be warned or banned. The End.

I think the best way to go for old recoil to return (if it ever does) would be by each recoil system having their own servers although this could cause issues on population counts as they'd be splitting player bases and would probably cause for less official servers to be hosted.
