So base decay is also paused.
Your base is not decaying

Its also possible that when they bring the server back up, they might rolllback to a previous savestate.
Be prepared for that too.

Am I banned?

• If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
• Ban reasons displayed in-game might not match what you were banned for.
• Your ban may be entirely unrelated to any warnings you have received.
• Your ban may not be for something you did recently.
• If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11 (outside of the anti-cheat).
• There are no false bans.

What should I do now?

yeah thats crazy lol, we got raided before that base by this other duo while we were on cargo and we got back and it was griefed, they came back but we sealed it and most our loot was still in there, they said they tried contacting us so we could online raid but then we came back stronger literally the next day already got compound down and they gave up, gave their base to us and all lol

Am I banned?

• If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
• Ban reasons displayed in-game might not match what you were banned for.
• Your ban may be entirely unrelated to any warnings you have received.
• Your ban may not be for something you did recently.
• If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11 (outside of the anti-cheat).
• There are no false bans.

What should I do now?

• Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.
