It is kinda random take the tommy for example whenever your shooting your muzzle has a cercle around it a invisible circle you cant see but in that circle is where those bullet can land at soo lets say i aim at a tree if i shot a whole mag of perfect tommy new recoil minimum 5 of the 20 bullet will miss because it randomized it the same for basically all the weapon it all random pattern the only thing to learn is how to control you weapon sway but otherwise it a game of luck at the end of the day

Ok i can kinda agree console instead of using .exe like pc do they used another unique type of files xbox for example is i think if i remember correctly .cxb i could be 100% wrong with how they called it but the game was still developed on unity and on unity is very les complicated to just put a line of code from another game to yours it even less complicated when the other game engine version has already been on the same engine version then console before soo it basically a copy and paste is there still gonna be bug yes but it very unlikely for them to take more then 2 hours to fix
