How can I make the Plex login button more descriptive on the Authentik login page. I'd like to add text to the Plex logo button.

@cold bone If you edit the default flow where you enabled this at, you should see an option for show provider labels or something along those lines. This will display the name of your plex social provider to whatever you named it. Im not at my computer right now but when I get back to it I can send exact instructions if needed

Well there is an option to show the labels for sources in the settings of the identification stage. (As pointed out by Lazy Media faster than I could. 
)
For further customization you can add your own icons to /media/public and pointing the icon path to the file inside the source settings. Then finally (afaik) you can use custom CSS in the brand settings to further customize the look of the page.

Are you saying I can create a custom icon (e.g. [login with Plex] ) and edit CSS as you noted?

I'm still trying to figure this out.....the official docs I came across were not helpful either. They referred to areas of Authentik that did not exist....

@cold bone Login to your Authentik Admin Panel.
Navigate to:
Flows and Stages > Flows
Click on the Name of default-authentication-flow
You should see a screen similar to the first attached pic
Click on Stage Bindings
Click on Edit Stage
You should see a screen similar to the second pic
Scroll down until you see Source Settings and EXPAND IT
Under Sources you should see a slider for Show Sources' Label (third pic)
Turn this on instead of off and you will see labels like the 4th pic
The name in the 4th pic depends on what you named it under the Social and Federation Login Section when you created it.
