game refresh and lost progress

on dc game sometime refreshes and make us f.ex. change position on map or changes host. i was waiting long time for my pets to boost my crops growth and when it finally happened game refreshed 2 second after and went back to when my crops didnt receive the boost and its very frustrating

sorry for the frustrating experience. this happens if you play the game in two different rooms at once - you can't play in two places at once

i see - is it possible you were switching between like #play and #play-2 or something? even if you're staying within one discord server, changing which channel you're playing in can cause this

no i didnt change i am pretty hooked rn and focused on game

Just to kind of add on to this.... I know it's been mentioned elsewhere for myself, but this is in fact something that I still experience daily. To the point where I've had to re harvest crops, re purchase shop items, and even re sell the crops I had sold moments prior.

The game is only open in chrome on my PC and nowhere else and hasn't been opened elsewhere in days (and in some cases, weeks), and yet what is being described continues to happen 🙃

Just putting it out there, hoping maybe that'll help this gain more traction & give extra info to help find a solution soon™

Edit: just happened again 😛 May 13th - 5:13pm EDT - have to re harvest some crops now 🥴

I imagine y'all have checked this already on your end, but I've run into this while my internet was less reliable

I'm sure that sounds kinda unhelpful, but is there any chance it's tied to internet problems?
