I encountered a possible bug while opening Mythical Eggs. I received a Capybara from one of the eggs, but immediately afterward I experienced connection issues and was forced to reconnect. After logging back in, I had to open the Mythical Eggs again, and this time I received two butterflies instead.
It appears that the Capybara I originally obtained was not saved due to the reconnect. Could you please check if this can be verified on your side and advise on how to proceed? Is there a way to restore the lost item or provide support in this situation?
