Link IOS to Discord

Hi, my mom plays Magic Garden on iOS with Apple login.
Now I logged in via Discord on the website, but her garden is missing.
I think her Apple account is not linked to her Discord account.
How can i / is it possible to link them?

She wants to link it to Discord, because if she plays on the app, she can't enter rooms and constantly gets kicked out of the game : (

So at first everything was fine, then about a week ago it started that she couldn't enter rooms anymore, because the game would freeze, then close itself and kick her out of the room. This happens in the app and on her laptop when she plays in browser

And everytime she tries to enter a room, she gets completely logged out of the app, so that she has to sign in again

(My mom is insisting that i tell you, that she is very sad and upset about this)

from what i understand, this might be fixed if she deletes and re-downloads the app

that sounds like a bug with the app

also, what model phone does she have?

I play either on a MacBook Air or on an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
I downloaded the game directly from the App Store.

for one thing, I can link your Apple account to your discord account here if you'd like

then you can choose to play on Discord or the app

to do that, you'll need to go to the game's settings page and then "About", and it should show your User ID

@latent flare great! i've just copied your Apple account progress to your discord account. they won't stay in sync going forward, so i suggest you please log out of the app, and then log back in via Discord

please let me know once you've done that and if you're seeing your garden correctly!

Thank you for fixing the account sync — my garden is showing correctly now.

However, unfortunately the main issue is still happening.
I still get kicked out repeatedly, and when I try to enter a group/room,
I only see a black screen and nothing loads at all.

So the problem with entering rooms and getting logged out still persists.

when you say "kicked out", do you mean you're brouhgt back to the login screen, and asked to sign back in?

Yes, exactly.
I’m taken back to the login screen with a message saying that my session has expired,
and I have to log in again completely.

got it. sorry about that. i've heard from one other player that this happened to that they were able to solve this by uninstallin gthe app and reinstalling it from the app store

i know that's inconvenient, but that could solve it.
