there's an average to the drops, meaning we can predict the average time it takes for them to show up, but average doesn't mean that's when they will drop and if you look at the probabilities of them being in stock (it's something like 0.003% per 5 minutes) even knowing the average is just a way to calculate it over very long time frames -
if you played this game for 10 years, on average you would have gotten a starweaver every ~10 days, but that could mean you only got 1 starweaver during 5 months one time, and then you got 5 starweavers the next month, and so on, and so on.

We can definitely say "oh, there was a starweaver 15 days ago, we should get a new one soon!" but that's still totally down to RNG, and RNG will do whatever the heck it wants.
