I have buy the moonbinder with 1249 donuts, but after I buy it the games say moving to a new server and I didn't get the moonbinder pot. The donuts has been deducted and I didn't recieve anything😭

later I did trying to buy a starweaver pod after top up with another 800. I did get the starweaver pod but the moonbinder pod is gone

He bought it, then instantly the game refreshed, the donuts got deducted but no moonbinder found in his inventory

yes the system somehow automatically forced me to change the room after the purchase

what do you mean by "forced you to change room"? did you see an error screen?

like it suddenly jump out a kind of loading screen and the donuts are gone

I wasn't able take the screenshot when it happens

After it completed loading I checked my inventory and found out nothing
