You know in game you can just look at the server checker on the toolbar. Shift + click to update or shift + alt + click to update to latest beta I am working on.

Enable Developer Mode in Chrome (if needed)
• At the top right of Chrome, click the three dots > More Tools > Extensions.

Then just close chrome entirely, and re-open, and it should magically appear

And then there’s a little settings cog to the right of the script on the tab “installed scripts”

Click anywhere inside the script and do control + a to select all.

Then copy it entirely.

Go to magicgarden game in browser

Press F12 to open console

Paste and press enter entire script

Let me know if that works, so we can isolate this down to the most probable root cause.

3) Install your first mod/userscript (verification-only)

This userscript does not change gameplay. It only shows a big popup — “The mod has been installed!” — to confirm your setup.

Method A — One-click (recommended)

2. Your manager (Tamper/Violentmonkey) should detect it → click Install.

If it doesn’t auto-detect:

• Tampermonkey: Dashboard → Utilities → Install from URL → paste the link.
• Violentmonkey: toolbar icon → New → paste from the Raw page → Save.

Method B — Manual copy/paste

• Tampermonkey: icon → Create a new script → delete template → paste → Save.

4) How to test it

• From Discord: launch the Magic Garden Activity in the Discord web client (in your browser).
• From the official game sites: open or refresh any of:

5) You’re all set

It is yes, it’s a special case scenario, it doesn’t really “play the game for you” considering the devs do intend to make a way to get rid of seeds eventually. Just be careful using it because if you check a box you didn’t mean too and you turn it on. (You get a warning prompt) but poof.

Got it, okay try on just the browser version, you can join all the games (even discord room games) from the room tabs too, and yea I think I heard about it not working on discord browser due to the pop up. I’m going to make it work differently in the next patch.

For now though if you use the browser you’ll be gtg

@fresh lion can you make a local storage variable called isAriesModInstalled so I can reference that in MGtools?

Check whether window.AriesMod is exposed (this is basically the mods API)

I also store a flag in localStorage but its less reliable: someone might have enabled the mod at some point and later disabled it, while the settings would still remain in localStorage
