Can't open backpack

My backpack won't open. The game freezes when I click it.

1. Menu >Settings > Reduce Animations

you can also try with the iOS app

all i can do for now is to apologize :( i will investigate tomorrow

my only suggestion is perhaps if you remove some things from your backpack it start working. i haven't seen anyone else with this issue so far
