Should it have "hactoberfest-accepted" label or is it counted as overall approving review? I feel that might be an issue

I just asked in hacktoberfest discord, if the repo has hacktoberfest tag and is valid merged pr then without label it shld be accepted in the website

I tried mine and it did work once the pr got merged .. it's on review now
