Hello I have an Language System what works on the User ID of the member. Is there a way to get the ID before the user sended the command? Like when he clicks on it or something

Not sure. Never messed with localization

But it seems it's only for translating descriptions and not the argument name displayed to the user.

Discord shows localisations of slash commands according to language settings on user's device

The only thing you should do is to provide localizations of commands
