I want to ask, in this course you explain how to make games with C++ and also use Blue Print... I mean can I use either C++ and Blue print or do I have to use both in making this game?

As far as this course, you can indeed just BP if that's what you choose. Going to have a harder time unless you're good with BP but it's been done before
