ECHO - Issue with textures around her when moving the camera

Hello, have somebody faced the similar problem regarding textures around Echo, which get like blurry, distorted when the user is moving the camera. You can see what I mean on the attachment. I do not have an ide how to possibly fix it. Take care and thanks!

You could look at Project settings/rendering

Turning off blur would be one way to improve it.

Thanks a lot, it made it better however there are still some defects related to that.
