Well you could open the file where it's stored and lower the amount

where do you have to go for that? and won't it affect anything else?

go into your .minecraft folder, and then go into "config" and copy the "skytils" folder to another location

Follow that, but instead of copying it, you search for a file that would seem like it has the tracker stuff in it
