Known Issue,
downgrade to 1.2.6 or 1.2.5
(You can change the gui and afterwards you can update again if you want or keep playing on lower versions)

well if u want to use latest pre u can go back to 1.2.6 edit your locations and then go back to 1.3.0-pre.3

Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it
