Possible Solutions:

• Skytils issue. Update it to the latest version at https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/.

Recommendations:

• The version of NEU you have is outdated, download the latest version from https://github.com/Moulberry/NotEnoughUpdates/releases/latest.
• Update Sk1er's OAM, https://discord.gg/sk1er as the version you have is outdated (Beta 7).
• Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
• Update Skytils from 1.2.3 to 1.2.5
