Okay Questions:

Does it send any error message in chat? Like failed to fetch data or something
Is your api key valid(if not you can do /api new and it should work)?
Are the solver configs enabled?(If not do /st config and search for solver and activate them)

Possible Solutions:

OptiFine issue, seems your pack has broken connected textures. Either use a different pack or disable connected textures. (esc > options > video settings > quality and set connected textures to off)

Recommendations:

Update Patcher from 1.6.1 to 1.8.1
