Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Possible Solutions:

OptiFine issue, seems your pack has broken connected textures. Either use a different pack or disable connected textures. (esc > options > video settings > quality and set connected textures to off)

Recommendations:

HUDCaching has been replaced with Patcher https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.3).
Update Skytils, https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/, the (prerelease) version you have is outdated.
Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll.
Update PopupEvents, https://sk1er.club/mods/popup_events.
Update Keystrokes, https://sk1er.club/mods/keystrokesmod.
