i have 3gb ram allocated and i found a temp fix for it, it is to restart idk why but after restarting i donkt get any lag spikes

also i dont get the forge mod loading screen , i just get the normal mojang loading screen when i launch forge idk why it happens any fix?

Probably your forge splash screen is rip, go into .minecraft/config and open splash.properties with a text editor

then make sure that enabled=true and not false
