Possible Solutions:

• If using SkyblockAddons, update to the latest version
• Update Skyblockcatia at https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/skyblockcatia/files/3422673

Recommendations:

• The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
• Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
