Recommendations:

Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
The version of Patcher you're using is extremely outdated (1.2), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.2).
LabyMod causes many issues with other mods. Try removing it and check if any issue you have is fixed.

turns out multimc makes seperate minecraft folders for each instance
