Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it

use it if you want ig but might wanna consider not using it if it's actually the one causing lag spikes/frame drops ¯_(ツ)_/¯
