With just Skytils i got a little window saying "updating essentials" adn then this

well it would seem that something was breaking kotlin

can you try adding mods back one by one and see which causes it

patcher should be fine to put in first

It seems that now that I've agreed to the use of Essentials and clicked all the checkboxes, it opens up with all the mods in the folder now
