Recommendations:

Update Chattriggers https://chattriggers.com/, the version you have is outdated (1.3.0).
Labymod causes many issues with other mods therefore we do not support it.
Seems to be a Skyblock Addons issue. Make sure you're on the latest version if you're not already. If you are on the latest, head to https://discord.gg/PqTAEek
