Looks like this, there is a voidgloom straight infront of me, in lazer phase and i cant see it.

That did work, i went and tried to troubleshoot it by turning on specific mods. The issues seems to be dropped item size. Mine was set to 3 and for whatever reason it causes an issue

Yeah it seems to have gone away now that I have it set back to 1.
