Recommendations:
Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 8G to 2G or 3G

if i lower my ram then i need to restart my game every couple hours due to memory lacking

ive lowered it before and got memory issues tho
