Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it

You can try Spark is a Minecraft mod designed to identify the root causes of performance issues.
It provides logs that developers can use to fix bugs. To use Spark, follow these steps:

  1. Download and install Spark (https://jitpack.io/com/github/romangraef/spark/spark-forge189/bde4ce2ff/spark-forge189-bde4ce2ff-mod.jar).
  2. Start the logging session by using the command /sparkc profiler start --only-ticks-over 50.
  3. Engage in activities within Minecraft that cause freezing, lag, or other performance issues.
  4. Stop the logging session with the command /sparkc profiler stop.
  5. Share the link from the chat in the channel.
