@misty palm is this a consistent issue or does it seem to happen in line with a recent skytils update

it wasnt happening when i was on the same update on my laptop, it started when i got back to my pc and changed my settings around

its a consistent, but was there before I updated to 1.10.10
I got no clue what its from, just reading if there is any solution for this problem
