The game closes when you press Quit Game which always gives an exit code 0 technically

Use /sparkc profiler start --only-ticks-over 50 to start recording your games performance when the performance issues start to occur.
Now wait for your lag spikes / performance critical path to occur.

Windows: Hit Windows Key + R and type in %appdata%. Open the .minecraft folder.
Mac: On the bar at the top of your screen in Finder, click Go, then click Go to Folder and type ~/Library/Application Support/Minecraft, then hit enter.
Linux: .minecraft is located in your home folder. ~/.minecraft

Open your Minecraft folder and send the file called latest or latest.log from .minecraft/logs.

  Recommendations:
• Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 4480m to 2048M or 3072M
