try if closing medal and restarting the game works

it's a clipping software a decent number of people are using and it causes similar issues to this

this bug is so annoying, i cant see my inventory

uhh you can try simply removing half your mods and seeing if it's fixed

If it is fixed when removing half your mods, one of the mods you removed causes it, if it's not fixed, one of the mods still active causes it

(afterwards you can just go through the mods 1 by 1 or remove multiple at a time to figure out exactly what mod it is)
