i havent found where to actually edit it in NEU but I did find out how to move it, so thats good enough for now

The dwarven overlay or the mining overlay / compact display

compact, dwarven overlay i found but i cant select to remove the skymall or star cult stuff

Just drag from the list to the trash can

the dwarven overlay option is what enables that, the other ones do nothing that effect that menu, theres no option to drag from the list
