Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9 using 13 mods
OptiFine L5

Possible Solutions:

Update OptiFine from L5 to M5

Recommendations:

Update Patcher from to 1.8.9
Update Skytils from 1.9.8 to 1.10.5

@cloud sigil Don't know about the log but for the message at the start, just remove what's in the Java Executable field in the minecraft launcher
