i get average of 30-50 fps

Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it

Start the logging session by using the command /sparkc profiler start.

Engage in activities within Minecraft that cause freezing, lag, or other performance issues.

Stop the logging session with the command `/sparkc profiler stop".

it has to do smth with chat triggers i think

cause when i piut it in my fps was being weird

ok so if i play withouit chat triggers with skytils in, i get normal fps,
