Possible Solutions:

A file cannot be accessed because it is being used by another process, possibly an instance of the game that got stuck in the background. Try killing all java processes in Task Manager or restarting your PC.

yes so i thought it was that too at first, but when i removed it and restarted my pc etc etc it still happend

close the game, remove it, retry

Update gpu drivers, and try turning mipmap off
