That issue is because you use feather and won't happen when you use regular forge

no it's actually been very on-and-off for a while with feather

feather honestly might as well have worse performance because optifine + patcher give the same amount of fps

it's a feather only issue and can only be fixed by either:

• using regular forge (which is objectively better anyway)
• Playing on older versions of Skytils
