@analog thunder uploaded a log,

  • Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9
  • OptiFine M5

Recommendations:

  • Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 8G to 2G or 3G
  • Update Patcher from 1.8.7 to 1.8.9
  • Update Skytils from 1.9.0-pre1 to 1.9.0-pre6

I did all this and it still crashes. The mod the does the waypoints is Soopy. But Skytils is causing the crash
