the .jar in the mods Folder like the Skytils.jar

Optifine is shown in the Forge Mods selction Window... but if I only start Optifine without skytils it wont work either

other Texturepacks wont work too doesen't matter if they say to use Optifine

I mean, it's not the main focus right now, but you could probably try the vanilla mc launcher or prism launcher
