the error screenshot you provided points to a Minecraft problem. Skytils will have nothing to do with it.
Stop pinging Tricked Fan and TheTrueSquid. They are busy people who have their own lives.
If you somehow still believe that Skytils is the problem, play on whatever version of Minecraft that lets you in. No one is stopping you from that.
