This has been an issue for several months now. It is not working because you have dungeons guide in your mod folder. But over at dungeons guide discord the developer is 100% certain that the issue lies not with them, but with chatting/skytils (they use similar mixins).
I reported this issue 5 months ago in the Polyfrost discord (chatting). All they said was that they were aware of the issue. I asked for a status update 2 months ago, but they have nothing.
I haven't bothered skytils about this, since I prefer the tabs position of chatting, and I cant move skytils' tabs.

Tl;dr
Remove dungeonsguide
Or
Wait for a ~~miracle~~ fix

oh that explains why my friend who uses same mods as me except dungeon guide and i thought both guide and rooms were same for some reason
