mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Can you try removing patcher from your mods folder and launching. Just a guess

If you still crash send the file called latest.log in the logs folder

Patcher is a useful mod so maybe try to reinstall it or maybe try to find its config file in the config folder and delete it then reinstall
