I initially asked about this in the optifine discord, since I believe I used to have a similar issue with optifine, but another user messaged me and told me it only occurs with skytils for him, so I figured I'd ask.

Update optifine and patcher and why is oneconfig's bootstrap hoisted

He wasn't getting oneconfig from any other mods, so he downloaded it externally.

Also you don't need to include Essential-forge because it is already bundled with 3 of their mods
