Rats usually don’t have actual malware in them, also your pc turning on and off sounds more like a bug/hardware issue than a virus

had to go in safe mode took me about 30mins to delete all files manually

If you scanned with malware bytes and there’s still stuff on your pc, the best thing to do is probably reset windows
