Don't know how curseforge works but this is a direct download link which gives a .jar https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/download/v1.4.3/Skytils-1.4.3.jar

If it shows up as a winRAR zip folder then it's probably just a jar and you can try putting it in your modfolder

That doesn't have a file type so I can't tell
