You can also try with just Skytils in your modfolder

Oldest version you can use is 1.4.2

Maybe @tranquil ferry but it's very weird for just copy chat to break even with just Skytils in your modfolder

Could be your Ctrl key not being detected by St but never heard of that and don't know of a way to check
